📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management, including cost control, cash flow management, and investment analysis.,Manage the company's accounting and financial reporting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed asset management.,Oversee the company's treasury management, including cash management, bank relationships, and credit control.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide regular reports to the management.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
