Bidang Tono Medical Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience to gain practical skills and grow within a dynamic healthcare organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.,Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the department.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience or internship.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
