📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
