🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operations and lifting activities.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (e.g., OSHA HAZWOPER, or similar).
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating lifting operations in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to lifting operations.
