📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries including cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to meet customer demands and trends.,Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation in all pastries.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain efficient operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of pastries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic computer skills for recipe management and inventory tracking.
