📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the pre-delivery inspection process for electric vehicles, ensuring all units meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
• Utilize SAP and PDI software to manage inspection data, track progress, and generate reports.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior inspectors to maintain high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the inspection process and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all inspections and corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality assurance, with a focus on electric vehicles.
• Certification in EV quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and PDI software for quality management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive standards and regulations, including ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 13485.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team of inspectors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian automotive market and customer expectations.
