📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Support the learning and development team in achieving departmental goals,Assist in the planning and execution of learning events and workshops,Provide administrative support to the learning and development team,Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus,Passionate about continuous learning and development
