FORGE Jaya is looking for a dedicated Deputy F&B Service to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating food and beverage services to ensure customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Monitor and report on service performance and customer feedback.,Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.
