UNITY Corporindo is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide guidance and support to training participants.,Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
