📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analyses.,Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the finance manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
