Pro Express Lestari is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained, efficiently utilized, and operated safely. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle inspection requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.,Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Investigate and report any vehicle accidents or incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
