As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of Nusantara Energy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
