📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Manage and motivate a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local authorities.,Implement and monitor marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
