📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including cost-saving measures and investment opportunities.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with hotel or restaurant industry accounting practices is a plus.
