📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement menu strategies that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources to control costs.,Collaborate with the executive chef to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Lead and participate in kitchen staff meetings to address performance issues and improve processes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
