📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the dining area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent.
