📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily food safety and operations activities in our Bali outlet.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of food safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Assist in staff training and development programs.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of daily reports and records.
• Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of food safety and operational processes.
• Assist in the management of waste and recycling programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety and operations, preferably in a quick-service restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety standards.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
