PT Media Cempaka is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail management and wants to make a difference in our growing business.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Drive sales and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the outlet.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to travel as required.
