PT Inovasi Bintang is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring materials and supplies for our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.,Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.,Participate in supplier evaluations and selection processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
