PT Oryza Langit is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Support the HR team in strategic initiatives and projects.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.,Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
