📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform comprehensive validation testing on HBM components to ensure they meet specifications and performance targets.,Develop and implement validation test plans and procedures for new HBM products.,Analyze test data and identify potential issues or areas for improvement in HBM components.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely product releases.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the semiconductor field.,Mentor and support junior engineers in the validation process.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in semiconductor validation, particularly in memory components.,Strong knowledge of HBM technology and its applications.,Proficiency in validation tools and software, including but not limited to Keysight, Advantest, and other industry-standard tools.,Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.,Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance practices.
