📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Train and mentor junior production operators on best practices and safety procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report on key performance indicators.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols in the workplace.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production operations.,Proven track record of managing production processes and ensuring quality standards.,Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.,Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment and processes.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
