📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Manage and maintain store facilities, ensuring that they are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with the team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market is a plus.
