📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of visually impaired students.
• Teach a variety of subjects using assistive technologies such as Braille materials, screen readers, and magnifiers.
• Foster independence and confidence in visually impaired students through personalized support and guidance.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in inclusive education for the visually impaired.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and respected.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching visually impaired students.
• Certification in Braille literacy or experience with assistive technologies.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
• Valid teaching license or equivalent qualification.
