📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events and special occasions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and venue policies.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized karaoke venue.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales in a karaoke or similar entertainment venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
