📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care and medical support as needed.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
- Perform routine medical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems like Epic or Cerner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff alike.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Current registration as a Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the relevant nursing council in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid D-Visas or KITAS for work in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
