📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.
• Support order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Work closely with the retail team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your operational skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and operational metrics.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
