🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high-performance teams.
• Proven experience in project management, with expertise in tools like Jira and Asana.
