📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food waste.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food service.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in shift rotations and be available for on-call duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and tools.
