You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of mechanical and civil engineers and technicians in the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Represent PAM Lyonnaise Jaya at industry events and conferences to promote our company and our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a strong track record in leading engineering teams.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in the water sector.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
