📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Xpeng showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed to maintain optimal showroom conditions.
• Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including sales and service standards.
• Represent Erajaya at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a competitive environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with ERP systems.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the EV industry and a passion for innovation and technology is highly desirable.
