In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and securing cargo using specialized equipment such as cranes and forklifts. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with vessel crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate cranes and other heavy machinery to load and unload cargo from vessels.
- Coordinate with vessel crews to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling.
- Inspect cargo for damage and ensure proper securing and stacking.
- Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Assist in the organization and storage of cargo in the terminal.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations, preferably as a Bargeman.
- Valid certification as a Bargeman or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with vessel crews.
- Familiarity with cargo handling software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and experience with driving heavy machinery.
