📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Present and demonstrate Asticom's innovative business solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Manage leads and track sales performance using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and other events to network and promote Asticom's solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business solutions or technology industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot, or willingness to learn these tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
